NDC should even be more concerned of the IMF email. It only shows that the debt to GDP ratio will be bleak in 2015. We are in trouble.

Jimmy it is as simple as; "send me an electronic mail(e-mail)so the correct English is "an" and never "a"

But asking without "e"
like send me "a" mail is correct.
