  Countries train their doctors differently and award different degrees. It is high time we started conferring Doctor of Medicine degrees to MBChB students who have performed the necessary research projects as some countries do.
  
  The current practice where newly inducted doctors called house officers with no experience whatsoever are left to experiment with (attend to) serious medical cases while residents, specialists and consultants are away must be put to a stop immediately. There must be at least one specialist present 24 hours in three shift rotations to supervise them. Our health system as it is presently is not the best. The situation in the countryside and rural communities is even worse.

  I presume the cholera outbreak currently raging in parts of Ghana was also made in the West, right? If serious-minded people are busy researching antidotes for Ebola, does that mean they made it? Serious-minded people are looking for new antibiotics to treat meticillin-resistant staphylococus aureus infrections (MRSI) - does that mean those people invented MRSI ? The reason Africa is behind, and falling further behind, is because of people like you who have a retrograde way of thinking. Face facts, roll up your sleeves, get to work, and provide solutions. Don't just sit around blaming others.
  
  Even if you are right (which you are not) would that be a licence to sit around, moan, point fingers, and refuse to get to work to fix a problem? Facing facts, and actually working to fix problems would be "thinking out of the box"

  THE U.S. HAS COMMITED TOO MANY ATROCITIES AGAINST MANKIND.
  THEY DID CAUSE OVER 2MILLION DEATH IN SOUTH AMERICA WITH SMALL POX THROUGH THE N.G.O.'S AND SCIENCE LABS, IN THE 1920'S AND THEY ARE DOING IT RIGHT NOW IN W.AFRICA.
  WHERE ARE THE SO CALLED AFRICAN LEADERS? FIRST THE H.I.V. VIRUS IN SOUTH AFRICA, AND NOW THE IBOLA VIRUS IN WEST AFRICA, WHATS NEXT ?
