The primary duty of the president is to improve the lives of the populace.Creating ridiculous ministries to reward his/her supporters is not an answer.Total waste of our money!

Nice ideal idea. But the nature of Ghana politics will crush the posits you are mooting. Those positions you are calling their dissolution are jobs for the boys and hangers-on. It definitely will be the biggest surprise of the century if an African leader especially a Ghanaian President will commit a political suicide by strictly walking in the path of your noble but impractical idea. Ex prez Kuffuor can attest to that.
