  Although it is common knowledge that if you are nude in public it is a sure sign of lunacy, and that only madmen and women do not care about their lack of clothing or scanty clothing. Sadly and strangely some people have deceived themselves into believing that they are civilized and sexy by exposing themselves to the extent that their choice of clothes borders on madness.
