  Hope the Mahama administration is taking these recommendations to heart.
  
  That said, given that border entry points are not properly secured/surveillance, we would have liked to see the Ghana Public Health Association address the proposed AFCON game. What additional risks could such an event bear on Ghana given all the weaknesses in the health delivery, security, transportation, and communications systems. Our sense is, that game should not be held in Ghana, at least no earlier than 1 year after Ebola is declared beaten in those West African countries by the WHO.
