Rockson Adofo: I have watched the video and I didn't see anywhere that the Ashantehene or the Kumawuhemaa goofed according the Ashanti tradition. The power to select a new chief according to the Ashanti tradition lies on the queen mother and that is exactly what she did. She selected her grandson to take the throne and become the overlord of Kumawuman" the Koduah nation.
The Asantihene then asked the other royals and the Kumawuman sub-chiefs who were present if they had anything against the newly nominated chief,,,
And they responded no' they had nothing against him; so what is your beef here Rockson ? GO FUCK YOURSELF.

I recall a debate held during my secondary school days in Ghana some 48 years ago.
The title of the debate was:
'The pen is mightier than the sword.'
At that time, the defenders of the pen, being mightier, won the debate.
However, I am now realizing that they won because of the oratory of the defenders and also because, the judged were inculcating in us the importance of education and knowledge.
"The sword is rather mightier than the pen".
Why this conclusion?
If this was otherwise, after all the stupidity, insolence and insults from the writers of the 'Kumawu Krakyes', beginning from Fosu John, and ending in the present Rockson Adofo, what I have been saying from time immemorial;
"If I were the Great King of the Asante's, King Osei Tutu 11,
Upon my dead body would these writers achieve their diabolical objective", would had been disproved.
"Who born dog"!
To Fosu John and Rockson Adofo,
I say,
"Cry your own cry". baby!
Let these writers, who, from their writings, were not born out of a woman, see and learn from the wise saying of the old, and the Akan proverb:
"Se wode kokromoti ko ayie a, yede sotro na egya wo kwan"!

Ghana needs a strong leader to abolish chieftaincy - the antiquated and useless institution that has stymied this country's development since independence.Ghanaians have allowed the progeny of murderers of women, men and children in thousands of villages and towns from the 1600s to the 1800s - to call themselves "royals" and lord it over us,in this 21st Century.
In the course of killing people and burning villages, these primitive MFS captured and sold hundreds of their fellow Africans to the Europeans - to be exported the New World and sold as slaves. Instead of dismantling this parasitic institution and throwing it into the trash heap of history, politicians and military dictators have cuddled and spent untold millions on an institution that does not belong to any meritocratic society in the 21st Century.
In a backward, unenlightened and semi- literate society like ours(as in other Africa countries),chieftaincy is a curse to our development and democracy. In a demoncracy, power resides in the people and not in some bogus royals and crooked politicians. Yet,chiefs arrogate to themselves powers over the ordinary people(Kofi and Ama) - in contravention of our Constitution - as if we still live in the 18th Century. Why do we have elected officials? Ghana should be a truly meritocratic society, where people climb up the social ladder through education, hard work and by their own bootstraps.
The chiefs are a lazy and parasitic bunch - happy to sit on exaggerated thrones while sleeping and making babies with a host of women who sing their praises(the late Ya Na,Yakubu Andani 11 had thirty wives. Lord have mercy !!).
The violent, intractable and irrational chieftaincy conflict in Bawku in particular, and the hundreds of chieftaincy problems all over the country - are a testimony to the bankruptcy and uselessness of the chieftaincy institution in this millennium.
When Gold Coast intelligentsia(Mensah Sarbah,J.W.de Graft Johnson,Chief JD Abraham,JP Brown)formed the Aborigines'Rights Protection Society(ARPS)in 1897 - to fight against the Colonial government's intention to take over public lands, they anticipated that the land would be for the people and not chiefs.Their success ushered in stool lands and what's underneath them - that today have virtually become private properties of chiefs.Sarbah, together with his brave cohort, must be turning in their graves.
Chieftaincy should be abolished in Ghana(as in India,Nepal and Ethiopia)for a truly meritocratic society.

The battle is for the Lord to decide. If this royalty truly belongs to the Ankaase folks and their descendants, there is nothing you can do about it. On the other hand if the Kumawu royalty belongs to the descendants of Obarima Tweneboah Kodua, the truth will eventually come out no matter how long it tarries. Always trust in the Lord that His will be done.

The Ananangya/Odumase folks are under Generational Curse for the atrocities committed against The Apemso Royals. Adofo Rockson has kept quiet over this serious crime committed against the originators of Apemso (now Kumawu) and keep throwing dust into people's eye to stir up agitation among the people. We The People know better than that. Kumawuman has suffered enough with the desperate attempt by this Ananangya/Odumase folks to halt the wheels of progress spearheaded by The Ankaase Royals, hence over 40 years of LITIGATIONS which has plunged Kumawuman in abject poverty and stagnation.
Kumawuman can only have one Omanhene at a time. The Ananangya/Odumase's attained their royalty by force, killing the Apemso royals and crowning themselves as rulers and for that reason were CURSED by both The Ancestral spirits, oracles, rivers and whatever you can think of; it is A GENERATIONAL CURSE; survival years on the throne averages 4 years. Major development: Post Office under Nana Seth.
The Ankaase Royals Family attained power by their association to The Golden Stool. Asantehene Otumfour Osei Yaw Akoto married Maame Ayo's daughter called Yaa Mansah, therefore Dabo, Ayo's son, became Otumfour's brother-in-law. Upon the demise of Kumawuhene Nana Kodua Kokoo, Otumfour Osei Akoto appointed his brothe-in=law Dabo as Kumawuhene, the first from Ankaase. Was it generic? No; but was within God's plan of redemption to get rid of The Ananangya/Odumase folks who shed the innocent blood of their host, The Apemso royals to crown themselves as rulers of Apemsoland.
Can Kumawuman another rule under these cursed group? ABSOLUTELY NOT! It is God who enstool and destool kings; His ways are not our ways; any attempt by man to resist God's plan will fall flat as proven in this case. All the predictions by John Fosu aka Rockson Adofo has fallen flat in his face; now the desperate attempt to incite agitation and unrest in our community. So sad and pathetic.
Do you believe in The Bible? What about the story of Joseph? The folks from Ananangya/Odumase should remember that their plot will come to naught, because it is not of God and God's people will continue to suffer under their action or inaction.
It is now official, BARIMA SARFO TWENEBOA KODUA II (DOCTOR) is our King. Let all who profess love for Kumawuman join hands to propel the wheels of progress and development; don't become a passive onlooker, be an active player for our common good. The Lord has spoken, let us all cease the opportunity to make positive contribution to better the lives of our people; in so doing will be a noble service to The Lord Almighty. KUMAWUMAN NKWASO!!!!
