  The current constitution was written under the "barrel of a gun" and those who did that were full of "fears" hence the never-ending debate about it. If we have scholars who are well versed in constitution, they should be summonsed to take a critical look and if possible, re-write because it seems there are gapping holes that need to be plugged.

  I concur Pelicles' assertions. The constitution's provisions were poorly conceived and written. That's why it is knotted in endless spirals of confusion as well as legal jumble and perplexity
