The issues of ethics should be at individual professional or company levels that have the power to investigate poor conduct professionally and apply the requisite sanctions. Bringing professional or specific company ethical queries to CHRAG may prolong investigations and lack of proper person approach in dealing with such issues.

While they are at it, they should also incorporate a Freedom of Information Bill in the Anti-Corruption Bill.
ITEM: A minister inappropriately dressed (conduct) never took a pesewa in bribe money, or allocate government resources for his/her own needs (corruption - violation of public trust).
