EVERYTHING WITH OUR MONEY. Sadly enough, their job description is to go the roads and collect the little money drivers make to take care of their many need from them and incredibly, we are all looking on ! Isn't that SAD ? So we have leaders in this country ? INCREDIBLE !

It will stop if proper things are put in place to check the perpetrators. Get them security cameras, communication network all being monitored in by other parties and it will instil fears in taking bribes. It's not only per ...

It will stop if proper things are put in place to check the perpetrators. Get them security cameras, communication network all being monitored in by other parties and it will instil fears in taking bribes. It's not only persuasion and personal commitment that people in advanced countries are law abiding than we ghanaians but the fear of being caught and punished forces people to do what the law says.
