To say that the government setting aside November 1 as National Sanitation Day is a step in the right direction, tells me not only you have no new ideas, but you have no cognition and very limited introspection. The clean up exercise has been going on for years, yet the country remains filthy and stinking dirty. As Executive Director of your outfit, is that the best you can do - to support the government's perennial haphazard clean up exercise? Tweaaaa, what a waste!
