  If the government did not want anybody to talk about the exorbitant cost of the interchange, it should have come clean from the beginning; from the bidding process to the award of the contract.
  
  If you have an open bidding process where three or more companies bid for a project, and the submitted tender documents opened in front of representatives of all the contractors that took part in the process, and you award the contract to one of the companies based on best technical specifications and reasonable lower cost, the amount you award the contract will even be known to all the other contractors and wil not be difficult for the government to release.
  
  How can we award contract to a company and the work is ongoing without knowing exactly how much we've awarded it, and we're still talking about projected figures and the rest? I believe Nana is hitting the nail in the head. There is too much obscurity and lack of transparency in awarding the project, and we are afraid that Ghanaians may not be getting good value for their money.

  Arrests on the 26th and 27th of April 2014 is not a couple of Months ago.
  Those two have been on remand since then.
