Please find another job because you don't know anything about the game of football.Let me give you two corrections 1.there are lots of prayers who are called into national teams all around the world including the world cup winning countries who don't get the chance to play even a friendly match in their first two years of their called ups. 2.There is no difference between the UEFA licence A certificate and that of the CAF certificate.You are one of the people who are suffering from inferiority complex who thinks anything with the name europe is better than that of Africa.You are also accusing the coaches of pull him down attitudes.Have you forgoten that you were the leader of those who advocated the removal of Akwasi Appiah?

Sellas won the U- 20 not only because he is a good coach but also because all the players we used, save Ayew, were far far above the age limit. Sellas has had the chance to coach the Black Stars before and he wasn't different from AA. If 57 years after independence we cannot obtain one or two guys from a pool of resources to manage our national team, then we shouldn't be bragging about being a powerhouse in African football. It's so shameful.

Far from taking away the merits of this article, I think this debate has continued for too long a time and it is becoming sterile. We should move beyond the days when a standard 7 student leaves school and he’s given a teaching job without going through teacher training college, The world has changed and be it coaching or construction contract only qualified persons are considered for international jobs. Why is there a huge cry about Ghanaian coaches for the black stars? Since the early days there have been a mixture of both foreign and local coaches for the black stars, and all recruitment decisions have been taken based on qualification and suitability and not necessarily on nationalistic thinking. Let’s forget Kwasi Appiah who despite his personal efforts had no co-equals among even the veteran Ghanaian coaches, which prevented him from even organizing simple trial matches, coupled by his lack of training in psychology which also prevented him from managing players with ego. On the international scene there is nothing to copy from other African countries, we have had Germans, Brazilians Englishmen and Ghanaians and all have done well. Why the sudden cry for local coaches when there is not a single coaching school in Ghana and the local league is one of the poorest in Africa
