I understand. Others can chime in, in this highly technical area!
However, for basic educational purposes, a total plant usefulness would take us away from the nutrition question per se, to research, technology/applied.

My pre-vocational skills teacher said the name of the fruit is monkey apple when I was in JSS.

Don't be lazy. Use the name provided here to search for nutritional importance on the crop.
The info provided here is an excellent botanical description of the plant, and not just the its name.
