  Maybe, please do not get wrong, you entered varsity due to that archaic system. Ghana and most African nations are not moving on due to that backward set-up. As we speak, look at people in leadership position in Ghana. Most of them are not supposed to be there but due to political influence or something beyond explanation, they have been pushed beyond their limit and who pays for that?

  If a businessman/woman wants to hire their own people/friends to work in their business, we do not give a damn. That is their business, if they do not hire my daughter when she applies for a job in that company.
  
  The public arena is different, you will agree!
  
  ITEM: It will take a much better paid, transparent, and professional civil service, including the Police Service, to begin seeing lasting improvement(s).
