Very charitable. If alleged bleaching is true - and I suspect it is - DL should heed this advise from an adoring fan.
They have no self confidence without the bleaching creams. Very sad situation for some black people.

When you have the 1st lady bleaching herself and representing the country in places like White house and Vatican, what else do you expect.
