I have come to like him after watching the video. I am not an Asanti, but Aduana. In history, my Aduana has brotherly link with Kumawu. I appeal to the elders of Kumawu to sink their differences and embrace what Asantehene told them to do.

They have no royal linkage at all to the Kumawu royal stool. The progenator of the Ankaase family was a woman called Ayoo, whose brother was Dabo. They were bought at Ejisu slave market and brought to the house of Ataa Acheampong (who was barren), to serve her. Their accension to the throne started when the then Asantehene Osei Yaw ( who had conjugal relationship with Ayoo thinking that she was a royal), pleaded with kumawuhemaa Ataa Acheampong to allow Ayoo's brother Dabo to become the next Kumawuhene when the stool became vacant. That was the beginning of the chieftaincy problems in Kumawu. After Dabo's death, his people who have now become the Ankaase family never gave back the stool to the Kumawu Tweneboah Koduah royals. This Ankaase family NEVER married into the Kodua Royal family. They have no iota of Kumawu royal bood in them. From the time of Dabo up until very recently, all the chiefs from Ankaase family were either forced to abdicate the stool or were poisoned, to prevent their stools from being "consecrated" as part of the royal family. The first Kumawuhene to escape that fate and have his stool consecrated was Otuo Acheampong who died naturally on the stool.
So from the foregoing, you can see that the Ankaase family including the current ohemaa, are not from Tweneboah Koduah family.

With all these competing interests, I think the best we can do is find out who was the ruler when Kumawu as we know it, was born. That ruler's lineage should be the true royals of Kumawu, since a promise was made to him and his descendants by Okomfo Anokye/Asanteman after he sacrificed for the cause of the Ashanti kingdom. Remember, every single piece of land has been occupied by multiple groups of people before, and all of them cannot claim to be royals at the same time.

Nana Adomako Pim was the first Kontihene of Apemso, a position bestowed upon him by Nana Kofi Siaw, Apemsohene, for his loyalty. Nana Adomakopim rebuked Adofoahyee and his Ananangya/Odumase folks for their treason act against the Apemso royals to crown themselves as rulers of Apemso. Hence they stripped him of the Kontire title.
Originators of Apemso are the present day Nananom Yaadwaasefo. No one disputes this fact except Wurukye and a few who believed her lies.

As you do that call your source from kumawu and ask them if they know of Kwaatemaa Konko and Otwe Asugyae, you will be very enlightened and realize that The Adomako Pims of Etia are called the "Kurowura" of Kumawu. During the Yateasem era, Kumawu was on the verge of being split into two, however the then Etiahene resisted that temptation. kumawu has a very rich history about its originality and founders, make no mistake the Adomako Pims are lying low for the sake of unity and we do not like to see our land smeared with unnecessary bloodshed. The Adomoko Pims coined the word "Apebiakyere" which is where the palace and the ankaase Royals reside today...we were there first and that can never be changed. As humble as we are, we know our place in Kumawu. Our over four hundred years of history is intact and with time we will occupy our rightful place. You may not like the one selected but in civil society they are accept for the greater and common good of all. The question is, what is the procedure for selecting a new King? If the procedure was followed, so be it. Let peace prevail, if you really care for the people. Who select the next King? This should be publish for all. These issues are all over the Ghana. It is important that they are written out and stated clearly to guide the institution of chieftaincy for the future. It eliminate the reliance on oral history. It is about time we document histories of all the traditional area to give clear guidance for the future. The influence of money either true or perceived will ultimately destroy our great tradition. It is time, the Government help at least with documentation and archiving of the true history of the different traditional area to put an end to all disputes hindering progress across the length and breadth of our great nation. #Kumawu Chieftaincy Dispute and others.

As you do that call your source from kumawu and ask them if they know of Kwaatemaa Konko and Otwe Asugyae, you will be very enlightened and realize that The Adomako Pims of Etia are called the "Kurowura" of Kumawu. During the Yateasem era, Kumawu was on the verge of being split into two, however the then Etiahene resisted that temptation. kumawu has a very rich history about its originality and founders, make no mistake the Adomako Pims are lying low for the sake of unity and we do not like to see our land smeared with unnecessary bloodshed. The Adomoko Pims coined the word "Apebiakyere" which is where the palace and the ankaase Royals reside today...we were there first and that can never be changed. As humble as we are, we know our place in Kumawu. Our over four hundred years of history is intact and with time we will occupy our rightful place. Until then you and your Ankaase folks can fight all you want, but be warned spill no blood!!!

This has paved the way for crooks to become chiefs in towns they don't even know. All that you have to do to become a chief in an Ashanti town or village is, if you have money, to pay a specified amount into an account belonging to the Asantehene. Or you just have to be a friend of the Asantehene. We have a lot of evidence which wine released in the appropriate time. But to whet your appetite, there is a case of an Ashanti town where the royals were beaten and incarcerated and non royals who now occupy the stool boasted that they bought the stool for One Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis. There is evidence and it will be released in the right time. Otumfuo should correct the mistakes he has committed in the past and up his game or risk a shameful exposure - Anas Style.
