I could see that some of the people mentioned in this piece have been drinking alcohol for some time now, yet they claim they now want to depend on whole grain wheat. You see, this is dangerous because it is possible a lot of them might have develop some degree of weak kidneys and so whole grain wheat may not be helpful to them due to its high phosphuric content and so further medical test may be needed for those guys to embark on that adventure.
Some too have vowed not to even touch red meat with a long stick. I must say that red meat is good expecially when taken at moderation at three days interval. This helps clears the bowel and enhances brain efficiency. Your people should always try to use this medium to remind Ghanaians that combining certan foods is very dangerous and poisonous, especially: Beans and egg, groundnut soup with meat, fish or chicken, meat and fish, wakye and egg, fish, meat or chicken. Also advice Akans to masticate fufu to enable them grow taller since we need more athletes in Ghana to make money for us.
Lastly, in sticking to some of these dietes they should always remember moderation is the key. Good luck.
