  This man thinks it is easy to dole out huge sum of money as a donation in the UK and US economy. Donations (when big) are done by check and not cash. The truth is that the NPP will need to prove the source of their donors and the security officer will go after them if they give beyond ascertain amount. There are ways they bring in the money. I will not reveal it.
