A typical example is Humado who asked a deputy to double the price of a project and later secretly asked the same person to come and privately see and divide the the loot. How could Ghana move ahead to solve issues you have raised . It is a struggle and Minister may say they are christians etc but in fact they are the armed robbers of Ghana robbing the country during daylight in front of our noses.
