If Dr. Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe is truly a Ghanaian who grew up in Ghana and did live with his eyes wide open and functional brain activities he would have known or heard of ghost employees on government payrolls way back when. I challenge Dr. Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe to issue a denial with documentary backing that there were no ghost employees on government payroll lists during Dr. K.A. Busia administration or the Kufour administration. Why was ghost employee rolls not a priority for people who pretend to know and understand conservatism and associated rules of governance? Dr. Kwame must not forget even in his hypocritical and biased stance that Kufour did not hesitate to use mismanagement as a ruse to sell a lot of Ghana government assets just to pocket some of the money realized from the sales. Should stealing from your employer not fit neatly in even a Kufour definition of mismanagement?

If Ahoofe really wants to know what is happening in government in Ghana, he'll bring his raggedy rear-end to Ghana to examine any government records he chooses to. Like the bully and coward that Ahoofe is, he'll rather spit out daily untruths an deceptions.
