I challenge Dr. Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe to issue a denial with documentary backing that there were no ghost employees on government payroll lists during Dr. K.A. Busia administration or the Kufour administration. Why was ghost employee rolls not a priority for people who pretend to know and understand conservatism and associated rules of governance? Dr. Kwame must not forget even in his hypocritical and biased stance that Kufour did not hesitate to use mismanagement as a ruse to sell a lot of Ghana government assets just to pocket some of the money realized from the sales. Should stealing from your employer not fit neatly in even a Kufour definition of mismanagement?
