  See how IMANI has been sent to the cleaners! He cheats everywhere and is very lazy. He can only fool illiterates in the Ashanti region not the whole Ghana. No wonder he had to write his 'A' levels economics trice to get a B grade after getting many E's. How dare him compare himself with a straight three A's student at one sitting! If he cannot do the math, it is not by force to comment or lie about a document which is already in the public domain.
  I believe he didn't even border to confirm the source of the document when it was given to him for mischievous reason by his pay masters NPP for a fee.OH NPP, why allow yourselves to be used like that. It is the same way Bawumia is fooling them to be believed.
  All NPP ministers under Kuffour knew nothing, the only relied on consultant abroad to run their ministries with special assistants who coordinated the consultant. These consultants where mostly fake who also relied on the internet as easy as 'Googling' to advise and charge millions for surfing the internet.
