  The alarmist, inward-looking jingoism and imaginary reasons some have been putting fwd against the bill boards are rather pathetic. Breaching our sovereignty, my foot! Nigerians will annex Ghana, childish balderdash! Boko Haram will come to Ghana, hallucinating nonsense! It never happened before, and so what? But Nigerians have been printing posters in my shop and I proudly displayed an APC poster someone left in my shop and argued with Nigerians to vote for change. Any change from the incumbents will shake up the corrupt, complacent system and be a positive move.Someone, a compatriot and friend, just launched his gubernatorial (state governorship) bid yesterday not far from my shop here in London. The Nigerian High Comm was right about the robust political activities among Nigerians in the Diaspora. I had seen their political posters on the walls in Woolwich.
  
  Why should we wait for whites to do it before we Blacks also do it? This innovative move by Nigerians all in the spirit of ECOWAS objectives is something all Pan-Africanists must hail. But disappointedly, it was a so-called Nkrumahist, Vladimir Antwi-Danso that raised the false alarm. GCB failed woefully to open a single branch in Lagos to help Ghanaians to repatriate their millions home in the '70s and '80s when that country was booming but see the number of Nigerian banks in Ghana taking advantage of our modest econ. recovery. Ghanains, OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE BEYOND YOUR ETHNIC AND NATIONAL ENCLAVES RESPECTIVELY!
  
  When Obasanjo gave a whooping $10m to the NPP in 2000, quite against Ghana's Electoral laws, where were the security conscious people in the country?
  
  When the owner of the Energy Bank was recruited by the Editor of The Ovation magazine and TB Joshua to bankroll Mills to power in 2008, where were the security conscious people? And even the Electoral Commissioner to tell him it was against the law?
  
  These adverts are not in any way meant to influence Ghanaian elections as those monies DID TO US. It is THEREFORE factum that Nigerian moneybags are already influencing Ghanaian politics through financing. For those who argued that the adverts may be interpreted as interference in Nigerian politics, are they aware of this fact? So if the adverts create opp. for Ghanaians to debate with Nigerians and tell them who to vote for, what's wrong with that?
  
  in any case, if the billions Nigerians spend on elections spill over into Ghana, who is benefiting?
