  Without few responsible officials trying to deal with it!
  
  There is a story on the other side, earlier today, about BNI actually recovering looted money. That is a positive, right there.
  
  But more needs to be done, obviously!
  
  One item that needs to be prioritized is recovery of taxes owned by the 60-odd people/businesses with hidden funds in HSBC Bank accounts, to the tune of nearly $90 million, all originated from Ghana.
  
  To date, we do not see the Mahama administration rushing to identify the account owners, or to collect what is owned the People.
  
  Anyway, you may not receive a lot of comments on this one.
  
  But, trust us and yourself!
  
  This is an important issue.

  Francis pictured the 'corruption perception index', CPI. However,he did not really compare the rankings in the last years, e.g., with some 'comparable' countries. Doing that, one can see,Ghana (2005/2014:ranked 65/61 of 159/175 countries)did fairly well. Compared to, e.g., Tanzania (2005/2014: ranked 88/119) or to South Africa (2005/2014: ranked 46/67).Not to compare with Nigeria!!!
