To boot, we believe that we have fairly explored the policy linkages that could inspire a certain amount of reflection on the part of the body that calls themselves the Government of Ghana. This, of course, includes the omniscient Ministry of Finance that seems to be under every register that counts government money in Ghana.
So it goes, Ghana!

But Kwadwo, partisan politics as you´re saying in this tribalism stew, must not be the problem.
Ghana a multi-tribal nation,a country of different languages and cultures but speaking and running the national affairs in a borrowed foreign language(english-language), must be govern with the federal system of government, true democracy.
With this type of tribal politics of today,(adze pa w´fie a oye or all die be die, vote for me I´m ya northern brother and stuffs like that)it´s completely wrong to govern our country with this same old "winner takes it all"system which is the main breeder of corruption in our country.
The only people benefiting from this system are the party politicians, same same, npp & ndc, trust none, dem go muddy up-stream and come down-stream ask who did it.

I am all for federalism if it will lead to effective governance. What we have is not working.

IT IS A FACT THAT:
1. The multitude of serious national crises include the 3 (Three) cited
2. The conflicting and bizarre statements from the NDC party about the importance of Bui, are in the record
3. As many mouths were talking about the "Fur Dress", Nketia and Jabesh were getting paid by the people, that Nketia's appointment as Chair of Bui, at least, hollers "Conflict of Interest".
4. We have not twisted or embellished the record from the Daily Insight, as published on Ghanaweb.
5. It is the responsibility of the "Government" and its agencies, including the Ministry of Finance and the Bui Power Authority CEO and Chairman of the Board, to swiftly produce the facts, when they believe the media, citizens, and supporters, etc., really do not have all the facts in every case. After all, that is one of the cardinal duties they promise to perform when they collect pay checks and incentives we do not even know about, month-after-month.
So, peace, tell us, when shall we know all the "facts"?

Asiedu Nketiah as chairman of BDA, sold cement blocks to the authority at 400% the going rate, collected "warm clothing allowance" for his trip, and still managed to buy a woman's fur coat at Kantmanto to degrace Ghana in Germany.
Meanwhile the Ambassador, herself a woman, looked on sheepishly. What a bunch of clueless villagers (you can take the boys out of the village, but you cannot take the village out of the boys) ruling our dear country!

So, if Asiedu Nketiah "...collected "warm clothing allowance" for his trip...", then the "Fur Coat" may become important. But only in so far as government policies (on fraud, ethics, etc,) are concerned and what that payment was understood by the government to "buy".
We really do not want to spend time on that "Ghana disgrace" stuff regarding the "Fur Coat"! It should not wash with serious minds and analysts.
Again, thanks a million for the correction!
Thanks.
