  Nana cannot remain silent. Why are these NPPians trying to compare apples with oranges? Who are they kidding? Mahama told his people he is one of them so they should vote for him; and Atta Mills said to the Fantis they should vote for their home boy! What is wrong with these two? How can you compare them to a shameless Sarfo Marfo telling a group of people that they are unfit to rule the country because they are not endowed with natural deposits!? Did Mahama or Atta Mills insult any ethnic group? Did they even mention other regions? These two guys spoke publicly to their kinsmen to join in making them a proud son-a president! Harmless plead. Do you NPPians know why Sarfo Marfo is running away from his own voice? Do you know why he asked the elders at the meeting to only discuss the issue amongst them and not in the open? Because it is despicable, and shameful.to be heard outside. No one can compare Asarfo Marfo’s stupid ethnocentric foolishness to the humble plead of the two gentlemen. Nana Addo needs and should come out and condemn it. At least to give his running mate some respect. But we all know that when Nana is quiet over something……….

  Is this foolish writer trying to convince me that once I acquire an NPP membership card, some demon possesses me to hate non-Akans? How foolish some people behave in order to seek political power, setting tribes against others because you want to satisfy your greedy desires. This is sickening and abusive to say the least.
  
  To those of you who are fanning this ethnic division, be very careful, because you never know what will happen tomorrow. It is never wise to sacrifice your intelligence and self esteem for any political party. Think deeply because this is 21st century!

  Don't mind that Lawrence. He's living in the US and fanning tribal hatred in Ghana. That's a paradox. He lives far removed from the epicenter of any tribally motivated conflict in Ghana but not smart enough to understand the psychological and emotional effects this would have on him because his extended family and friends live in Ghana. More importantly, I'm surprised the president is not calling such a nation wrecker to order. "Travel and see" is an old Ghanaian axiom which could also be expressed differently as "travel and learn" for seeing actually facilitates learning. This semi-illiterate living in the US has learned nothing from living in America. I'm very conscious of the deep racial divide especially among whites and blacks but hardly would you ever read such racially insensitive articles in the national and beltway media.The racist Ku Klux Klan are mostly red-neck republicans who wants to keep America white but the Republican party is also aware that to win Presidential elections they need to court minority votes. I live in a Republican leaning state with lots of red-necks but I can't recall reading any such thing like Lawrence Appiah-Osei spews out every now and then in the name of NDC-America. What bigoted Lawrence is doing is what they call red meat for the party base but it won't sway independents to their party. It's not a smart political strategy but it appears the NDC in general endorse this divisive vituperation. In the short term it has worked for them and got them intoxicated. It's time to hit the "stop" button but they are so high they can't tell whether it's night or day and keep driving at break-neck towards the edge of the cliff. It's NDC cliff hanger politics.

Not entirely true, Mr Lawrence Appiah-Osei , director of mis-information. I have not forgotten what he said at the campaign rally in the north while soliciting for votes from northerners during the last election cycle.It helped to garner votes for his campaign.
  After worsening the plight of Ghanaians with massive corruption and economic mismanagement, how dare you to tongue-lash us for crying out loud? For your party's own good you have to fine tune your campaign message because the stakes are even higher today than before.These recurring hate mongering rants have long outlived their relevance if there was any to begin with. It was a strategy that proved potent a couple of times but your luck just ran out. Your few initial successes only helped to make you so tone-deaf and blind that you're neither able to feel, understand nor see the hardships that the NDC misrule has unleashed on Ghanaians. Trust me, you've been timed out and you're about to begin several years in opposition if that will help to re-brand your party.
  Even in the Volta Region, the NDC's so-called World Bank, there is an ominous sign on the wall for you. You have always taken the people's votes for granted but all that is about to change.There is evidence of die-hard youth supporters deserting your beleagured party to the NPP.
  If you'd get off your high horse for a moment, you'll probably realize that about 99.9 per cent of all Ghanaians are tribalistic. Was the late Kofi Awoonor Williams not being tribalistic when he said he's first an Ewe and second a Ghanaian? How about his claim that the sole purpose of "Jihadi" John Rawlings coup of December 31, 1981 was to replace the Akan hegemony with an Ewe hegemony? Stop the pretense. Hypocrite, remove the beam in your own eye before you attempt to remove the speck in your neighbor's eye.
