  But, are thinking you make a rather poor case for the inclusion you seek.
  
  Simply, can you show that "invitations...sent...to institutions including some political parties..." went to "political parties" that at that time also had "no representation in parliament"?
  
  If you can, why not simply state the fact?
  
  If you can't, then, you probably do not have a case, unless the Clerk can be shown to have sent invitations to "political parties" that have "no representation in parliament", in recent past.
  
  So, how goes your case?
