  But the topic is interesting. There are many reasons why women choose slightly older men. It is not only because of their differing maturing ages. Research shows even other reasons are more important.
  
  I personally think Linda's minimum-maximum age differences should even be brought down. I will say 0 - to 4 on either side. The best thing will be men and women to date each other when they are the same age. By 18, both of them are sexually mature even if the lady may have arrived at her sexual age earlier. I think men and women of equal age can experience the joys and difficulties together and learn from their mistakes. Women need not take men who are older and more experienced. They should get their experiences together.
  
  If you look at it in one way, women should rather marry men who are slightly younger than they are. This is because women live longer than men and if they man is a bit younger, both can live together into their old age and die around the same time - all other things being equal.
  
  I think the only reason much older men go for much younger women is because the young woman is more sexually responsive and attractive. Women lose their sex appeal early in their lives.

  We have had a beautiful boy last year called Samuel. Intelligent healthy and stunning looking. Emmanuel doesn't look any younger than me. We both have grown up children in Ghana and England from different relationships. We are all so different and blessed in so many different ways.

  I think your opinion is correct.Nowadays age is not a major factor.I am from india and here many film actresses fell in love and married to youbger actors.You know some of them are 8 years older than their husbands,some are two years,and another one is six years older than her husband and its 28years now,since they got married and still togather.The article of this website is meaningless dont believe it.All what is required is capability and maturity.Male and female are both basically equal.If there is a scientific reason so how they both are successful nowadays,why not one only?Why in schools both boys and girls are topper,why not girls only?Its because there is nothing like it.

  Well I think I can top all of you. I'm 58 and my husband from Ghana is 26. Our relationship is one I have looks for in many past relationships. He is loving, caring, and provides for my every want need and desire as I do him. We work thru everything together. We have the same goals and intrestes in life. There are no games being played as in his past experience with younger woman.
