  Ropaa should be implemented. I suggest u go to supreme court Kofi. Ghana is the only place passed law cannot be implemented. Is this gyimicracy or kwasiacracy

  Kojo Afari Gyan throughout his career as the EC boss has build on people's ideas or rely on that to achieve the good name he made in his early years in office,you go through the records and see contribution from both political parties and individuals all put together in IPAC meetings, forum's organise by the EC itself welcoming such contributions and using other international modules and best practices to claim all this glories for himself only simply because he heads that institution. You if you claim to know ebit of everything rather than limiting yourself within the space granted you by the constitution this is the kind of disgrace you get.Kojo Afari Gyan ll go down in history for both negative and positive baggage he carry on his head now,which in my view the negative was avoidable if he operated an open door policy and spoke the truth under oath when he ridiculed himself in defence of the Ndc in the face of obvious mistakes by his officials at the supreme Court and leave the judgement to the judges who knew what time it was though they also made errors in the end.
