Samuel in the bible was sent to Saul several times, so was Elijah to the leaders of his time. You better do your work well, because the Clergy is not going to keep quiet. Martey is concerned about how his country is managed, if you want to call that politics, that's your cup of tea. HE IS NOT AN ISLAND, MARTEY IS A RESPONSIBLE GHANAIAN.

  It doesn't make sense by any stretch of imagination. The man who was appalled by the illegal payment of the money to WOYOME, MARTIN AMIDU WAS SACKED BY THE NDC. Those who caused the illegal payment to be made are today holding positions in the NDC. MARTIN AMIDU HAS SINGLE HANDEDLY FOUGHT FOR THE MONEY TO BE PAYED BACK TO THE STATE, I MEAN TO GHANA, BUT HE IS STILL SIDELINED. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE TO ANY SENSIBLE GHANAIAN.
  It is a case of patriotic citizens out, bad citizen welcome.
  We cannot allow this to go on beyond 2016.

Corruption, Dumsor, dumsor and majority of the people are suffering and he should look unconcern? Remember Moderator have the right to speak his mind when things are going out of hand.Remember when Jesus when to the Temple and saw the people using the temple as marketplace what happened?Please don't compare Moderator to past moderators because that was ancient time. I remember in the 1950's when me father a renown Presbyerian Minister during one of his evangelism invited a fetish priest and his people to church service , the Synod at that time sanction Rev. Edward Ohemeng that is a taboid. But now the church have started open arms to all walk of life.

  Anyone who thinks 'men of God' are not doing God's work is a fool. Politics is about about serving people and serving people is doing the work of God so why is it wrong for Rev Martey to speak up on behalf of the people that the Government has failed miserably to serve? He is supposed to be the voice of the masses being made hungry through the carelessness and the uselessness of the government. People are losing the jobs left , center and right without any solution in sight for this DUMSOR debacle which has ground every thing to a screeching halt. Mothers giving births are dying en mass in hospitals because of dumsor. KIDS failing in schools because they don't have access to light for studying. Small and large scale companies folding up because of DUMSOR.
  The whole country has been turned into a back country 'village ruled by a "village chief" MAHAMA who suffers from a "lost child syndrome".
  
  If nothing at all, Rev MARTEY has his rights as a citizen of Ghana to voice his opinion about things going wrong in Ghana and the last time I checked, Rev Martey was still registered as a Ghanaian.
  
  So it's downright shame for the NDC to try and muzzle him from speaking.
  
  SHAME, SHAME & MORE SHAME ON THE NDC TRYING TO MUZZLE A GHANAIAN WHO CARES ABOUT THE COUNTRY!!!!
