Mahama says he wants 1000000 votes; his strategy is if I can't get the votes let me reduce their numbers hence the introduction of NHIS capitation pilot policy which has for the past four years seen the death of men and women, young and adult, children in this region. So far he's achieved his aim by continuing late Mills' Asanti Project. Mahama will pay dearly for his wickedness
