  I live overseas and I got to tell you that a Premier of a State lost his job because he received a bottle of wine from a Contractor. Just a bottle of wine.
  In Ghana, a leader in Government embezzles so many millions of cedis and he is removed from that role and moved somewhere else.
  No wonder the government cannot find money to provide common drinking water to villages like mine after 57 years of independence
