  Thanks for your piece. That's why I have been writing against the apostles of ethnocentrism since the 1990s. Some, like some blokes on the GLU forum, pretend even now that the problem doesn't exist. When you wrote to condemn it or draw attention to it, you are rather insulted and accused of fanning tribalism! How? They are unable to tell you.
  
  Anyway, we shall get to the bottom of it all sooner than later.
