  Martin Amidu who asked the court to struck out the name of Austro Invest which was accordingly strucked out must know that by strucking out the name, they would ceased to be parties to the suit and therefore can not be party to any subsequent proceeding or enforcement action.
  
  In Amidu's haste to score political points and ride high on the public good will Amidu is straying from his original goals to play the politics of vengeance.He was lucky to have been granted standing in the first place but I wonder if he is using the goodwill in the right direction instead he has become a busy body and crank with the court his "happy hunting ground in pursuit of vengeance.
  
  If this AG could be accused of conflict of interest because he won a civil case against Woyome then Amidu will be stretching that concept too far.After all Woypme's own lawyer disagrees with him on the lady's integrity.By any stretch of imagination I can hardly see what the hullabaloo is about this AG.She did not take that case on "no win no pay basis: and so the fees agreed with the client was not based on whether the case was won or not and regardless of how the professional fee was paid and more so that case had nothing to do with the judgement debt in question so what is the problem.Other than politics those who know better must concentrate on how to retrieve the money from Woyome instead of bringing up extraneous issues.

  This is an excellent piece.Oman Ghana is in real trouble. It seems the only way out is for Ghanaian citizens, particularly in the "Diaspora", to come together and institute a mass action against the people involved in this broad daylight robbery. Otherwise, we have to embark on a mass campaign to get rid of the incompetent rogue Mahama, so a less tainted president can bring them to book and retrieve every penny that they have stolen.
