OUR COMMENT: One only hopes they paid fully all the taxes and fees owned on each Jeep, into the public coffers.
So, no tax waivers!
All that said, we need to understand that Accra (this town) is not Ghana, which itself is another part of the problem/Sad and Harsh Reality. Too much public investment and expenditure in Accra-Tema, to the disadvantage of other areas.
