  The SHAMEFUL and TOOTHLESS AMA is the cause of these lawless acts because they do not cannot enforce their own zoning by-laws. You build a state of the art residence in a so called residential area and before long the public spaces nearby become repair yards/other unauthorised hawking activities! Yet the AMA goes ahead to collect rates from these illegal operators!!
