It's not a failure until you quit trying. There's hope for everyone who has tenacity and perseverance and keeps evaluating performances, making corrections where appropriate. No one is a block of harmony but everyone who wants to succeed at anything must always keep the goal in sight no matter the hiccups and keep moving towards that goal.
