  Well, Okoampa-Ahoofe, it takes a severely deranged and sick evil peddler of deceptions to write this sort of deceptive article where you pretend to be showing concern for others. You started your garbage article by stating that whether this is true or not, you can't tell. Yet you proceed to draw conclusions and sarcastically make reference to President Mahama being familiar with the sheiks of the area. You also wonder which state's laws should apply after an investigation has been conducted. There you go trying to be a damn voodoo lawyer wondering which nation's law should apply, though you ended your garbage article by concluding that you have reservations about very report that your article is based on. But then, one is dealing with Okoampa-Ahoofe, the evil peddler of deceptions who has a retarded and evil mind in an unsound body.
