  Relevant issue! Balanced analysis! Excellent reasoning! The leaders of the various political parties are blamable for the lingual indecency in Ghana's political discourse. They award mastery of insults with minisrerial and other dignifying appointments.
  
  They have made it clear to the youth that competence in governance is secondary to vulgarism in communication. So, the leaders/elders must call the youth to order as part of solutions to the culture of mercenary journalism and unguarded utterances in political communication.
