Professor Kludze looks at human right as an abstract and the human as a fiction in the mind of someone. In 1966 the Constitution of the United States of America define Negroes as animals less than the white man's dog. The only dog that the Negro is more animal than is his own dog. Today in the U.S. Negroes on pension with the same work of the same value with a white man receive less pension. A Negro in the U.S. can not venture out of his house in the night or else he or she get shot by a white man. Some of the right under that Ghanaians enjoy under colonialism is that they can not attend clinic at the European Hospital now named Ridge Hospital, but clean the dirt that the white man leaves behind. The other fact is that Prof. Kludze does not know the countries in which Ewhen are citizens. Ewhes are found and are citizens of Benin, Ghana, Nigeria and Togo. Depending on certain conditions even the U.S. deported some of her citizens to other countries. Thus Prof. Justice Kludze did not write as a scholar, but a peddler of falsehood.

Kwame, thanks for raising this topic. Both Accra and Takoradi had European hospitals and quaters which were restricted areas for natives or aborigines as we used to be called. The areas between Rex Cinema and what is today Ridge were only for Whites. The only natives that were allowed in such areas were domestic workers with pass such as cooks, watchmen, baby sitters, garden boys etc. For all others it was no-go.

So this big fool Johnny come lately called DR. SANQAS who luckily finds himself in the U.S. talks NONSENSE because he comes from the deep BUSH. As such for this 404 village boy from the back of beyond the world is flat. DR. SANQAS does not understand the geo-politics and anatomy of Ghana how much more in a vast country like U.S.?! He is totally lost!

Those adulating him are all bereft of good ideas for upholding their own political causes. Let them drop Nkrumah from their discourses and they have no message in their mouth. I only pray that more academics and historians will speak out about Nkrumah's reign of fear.
