  Besides Hon Samia and Dr. Nduom, no one has earned what it takes to be the party's flag bearer. It is ironic that "sankwas" and "no bodies" who can not garner even 5% votes from their own constituencies, hometowns and birthplaces want to be the flag bearer. JJ Rawlings, John Kuffour, Akuffo Addo, president Mahama, etc., are all well known in their various constituencies and will win parliamentary seat if they choose to run. First, all those who think they are "somebodies" in the party must try to run for parliamentary seat, then depending on their performance, they will be allowed to contest for the party's presidential primaries. If nobody knows you in your birthplace or hometown, what business do have running as a presidential candidate? Lunatics!

  This plot to project disunity and internal strife in CPP so as to reduce its public image at a critical time will also fail. The leadership of the party must, however, apply the strongest sanctions to Yaw Nkunim for his anti-party actions to deter the numerous moles within CPP from impunity.

  If his idea of a rebirth of the CPP is the named congregation of young opportunists, drunkards, drug-addicts and airy-fairy wannabe politicians is the frightening scenario he has proposed, then I do not think that he wishes the CPP well.

  There is absolutely no need to change the name nor whatever you mean by the strategy of the CPP. There is no better name that any political party in Africa or the black Diaspora can call itself and earn the necessary prestige other than the CPP. And unless you have got your head in the skies, you would know that names are mere descriptions of an entity. Names do not determine the quality or substance of a political party, only man can do that.
  
  Secondly the CPP has an ideology with which it was born and not a strategy. Anybody who thinks that either the name or the ideology of the CPP is not valid or relevant, is free to form his own political Party and give it whatever name or 'strategy' they wish. Thanks for your suggestion anyway.
  
  Whilst you are at it, you may consider changing your own name and principles to give you better prospects in life.

  Anyone who thinks the survival of an ideology dies because of the lack of party representation in parliament must not be up on what is an ideology and or may not be well read on world affairs. In every civilized nation on earth there have been and continues to be parties that are marginalized for God knows how long that are on the rise of late because of educated voter public.
  
  France and Germany would not have far-right political parties on the rise if ideologies go to die for lack of adequate representation at legislative bodies. In Ghana we live by and for tribe and not for mother Ghana and it shows. There has been suffering, mismanagement and hypocrisy of the worst kind abound in Ghana since 1966 because the architects of the coup morphed into the NDC and NPP to ensure raping of Ghana and even assets of the CPP while Ghanaians were promised streets that will be flowing with milk and honey and freedoms. We sit here in Ghana and read of Mrs. Konadu Rawlings owning 15 percent of assets once owned by a party CPP and not an individual and or lands of state at the CPP era sold to political cronies under the NPP and NDC because of the kind of freedoms we gave birth to in Ghana at the 1966 coup.
  
  Hating and or disliking Nkrumah is never the same as killing his universally accepted and practice ideology. We are either enjoying life in Ghana under our freedoms or wallowing through gutter politics but we cannot kill CPP ideology. What do you say about a nation where citizens continue to wail about hardships and yet continue to vote the same puppet masters that enslave them or condemn then to lives of misery and slavery? Its and individual choice thing. Ding, ding, ding we chose to be unwise at our own peril for the sake of tribal loyalties.

  A bunch of upstarts that lack any credence or qualification for employment let alone public office. This is the new generation of politicians growing as leeches to suck out the life force of any party. Unfortunately CPP is too frail and malnourished to countenance parasites like these self seeking idiots. They think they can promote themselves by rubbishing the effort of others and thumping their chests about Nkrumahist credentials and idoelogy. They seek to perpetuate a personality cult on the apron strings of Samia Yaba Nkrumah to establish a dynasty in a socialist institution, what a contradiction, shows how much idoelogy they know or understand. Finally the most sickening thing is the emergence of thinly vield ethnic prejudice against pepe fo, hence the deingration of Sakara. If the CPP is to rely on these silly wannabees for its rebirth then be ready for a still birth. These young brats are rude, self serving and unappreciative of the work done by the older generation and predecessors in current times. If CPP is to be governed by the likes of these young men then say good bye to all people of substance. The first signs will be that no one of any substance will offer themselves for presidential candidate unless the new executives manage some monumental changes quickly. The pull him down must stop, the haughty behavior of these sapplings must stop and the stupid accusations of moles must stop. None of the leaders now or before them has not had dealings with NDC or NPP for support. The secret is how to sap support from others to grow your party. These little brats will onlyu chop such resources if given half a chance. Shame on all of them.
