Before I could finish reading your article, I had a strong feeling deeply down my gut someone in the judiciary was secretly shredding a document that could nail a rich man in jail for a pesewa fee to fatten his/her belly.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ghana now belongs only to the mean dogs parading in our state institutions.
