  This is a very remarkable piece. There are very brilliant Ghanaian lawyers and other professionals and technocrats, etc, etc. who can help transform Ghana into a heaven on earth if only we'd operate an all-inclusive, al-hands-on-deck policy in everything we do. The winner takes all attitude in our politics is hurting this country. This nation ought to have been one huge melting pot of ideas because we have the men and women who have the qualifications, expertise and experience to navigate this nation through any turbulent crisis to stability and rapid development. What we do best is sideline and exclude everyone except a few inner circle activists because of greed and self-centeredness. Parochialism, exclusionism, narrow mindedness,greed, selfishness, regional and tribal hegemonies, tribalism and extreme political partisanship that have destroyed great empires and civilizations in the ancient world and in the nations in today's world are the combined forces that are choking this nation to death. I wish the president had an open door policy and I wish he had danced to "Ye betie obia" instead of dancing to "Yentie Obia" music. We can only progress when we're united in our thoughts and in our deeds and esteem each one as very important to the national cause.

Let's both countries create jobs for Africans youth of tomorrow. And keeping the youngsters home . And preventing Africans youth become immigrants or drowning at Mediterranean Sea.
