  You are right. Mahama is not an expert. He has a degree in Communication Studies. But that does not make him an expert in that field!!!

  Govt should do Everything? When govt borrows in an attempt to do everything, the same people will complain about govt borrowing. I'm not justifying dumsor, but in spite of the fact that Nigerians experience dumsor too they still work harder therfore Nigerian artist produce better films and songs, they have more vibrant academia, more daring engineers and doctors etc. It's time to think and work harder.
