  This is how very stupid a Ghanaian is: starting a debate without real analysis of the subject in hand.
  
  What any government could do to stop corruption is to indict every one corrupt official, very stringent and exemplary sanctions and seeing through the enforcement of such for a lengthy period of time.
  
  Every corrupt government official creates hundred other corrupt people in the society. Ghana is a very disgusting state, and thinking of it alone makes you wish you come from somewhere else.
  
  The most corrupt in the country who put us on the pedestal are all politicians and the salvation of the country can ONLY come from them.
  
  We advised Mahama as to how to get even with the problem and we think at this time, he unfit as a president. He is useless.

  The small percentage of affluent being corrupt is more damaging. Someone with GHC100,000 being corrupt has a lot more influence than a driver trying to survive by being corrupt.

  Please tell that official to spearhead the implementation of a new system whereby duties could be determined online and paid to the government's account by importers. As long as the old system remains, there will always be corruption at the Ports.
