I agree perfectly with you, Doc. When this issue came into the public domain, I decided not to make any comment. Even though I have problems with the Pe Ayagitam Constitution, it has been explicit on the issue of the appointment of the Electoral C'ssioner. When in doubt just look at the legislative history or hansard, and the answer is there in black and white.

Bokor does not impress. At the time Ghanas constitution was being shaped in 1992, NPP WAS NOT IN ExISTENCE. To say NPP P boycotted the formulation of the constitution is madness. Bokor mischief she stop.

Bokor shd tell Mahama that he is a lazy mind and that his rule is crude and unscientific. A replacement for EC Chairman must be in place by now to understudy Afare Dwan for smooth transition.

Honestly,the npp has done mother Ghana,more harm than good. The rewards of refusing to take part in national affairs for selfish interest, is what we, as Ghanaians have got to deal with for a long time to come.There are certain clauses in the constitutions that do not make sense to a certain degree,but because there was nobody there to correct such anomalies when it was been drafted,these clauses are now having serious negative effects on our democratizations. So that, it is absurd and stupid for the npp to be trying to decieve and interpret the laws to suit them. The other day, they were asking of the Senchi report.They have the gut. What do they take Ghanaians for? We live to see. They can go to every court of this land.Who told them elections are won by the chairman of EC?
