Arthur, you have probably forgotten that it was NPP cabinet who sacked the late Asenso Okyere as VC of University of Ghana when his son was accused of misconduct at school. So it is not new for the NPP to punish people for crimes by association, no matter how remote.
In the case of the late Asenso Okyere, they turned to the Board of the university. In this current case they turned to the regional chairmen. So seen it, been there before. As the bible says there is nothing new under the sun.

Arthur Kennedy, you failed to mention of Ya Naa and the forty elders NPP is a dangerous party. Even, if Afoko's brother us convicted it does not make the chairman and secrerary as culprits. Akuffo Addo is behind it.

You yourself took a similar position. You do not like democratic elections. For when you lose, you cqannot forget that you have been rejected and you keep writing to undermine the party's CHOICE.

That, Mr Kennedy, is not how party politics works. You live in the USA -- the man whose name you bear, J F Kennedy, did he receive unanimous approval in the Democratic Party before he was elected President? No! People opposed him, but as soon as he won the nomination, everyone forgot that he was Irish or Catholic or a womaniser and they fought for him to become President.

These are the lessons you should learn and bring to Ghana, instead of egotism, stiff-neckedness and disloyalty.

Kwabena Agyepong and Afoko are working to the same egocentric agenda as yourself. With the support of an Alan Keyeremateng faction, that has been defeated again and again, but won't give up. It is nauseating.

You cannot see that and you just keep parroting out that the rule of law must reign. The rule of law will reign in the courthouses. But in the political house of the NPP, party loyalty and party interest must not be swept under foot. If a person can go into a region to organise a party meeting, without informing the elected regional chairman, and creates a brouhaha when the regional chairman protests, leading to the brutal murdering of the chairman -- whether with or without the knowledge of those who organised the meeting in question -- what more evidence is needed ti prove that party interests have been disregarded? Who needs the rule of law to establish that party divisionistic activities have occurred?

Go and practise your medicine, Arthur Kennedy. You do not understand politics.

I started by saying that there is a difference between the rule of law and removal from office within a party, for divisive tendencies and secret undermining of positions taken by the majority of the party membership. I reminded Kennedy that Akufo Addo had been elected over Kyeremateng TWICE, and yet he, Kennedy, Agyepong and Afoko, with a few others, have been kicking against Akufo Addo ever since. How can you work in the int4erests of a party if you do not fully accept the decisions of the same majority that elected you?

Neither of the NPP and NDC parties can know a thing about truthfulness unless and until they know a thing about principles and the NPP in particular would not know a darn thing about the truth and or duty until they come to know a thing about respect for mother Ghana. A party that has as it's heroes people who engage in bombings, destabilization of Ghana and or of the belief Ghana should stay a slave nation of the British if independence is to come to Ghana without them in control of the people is not a party that can see truths and duty as added value to it creed of violence at any cost.
It is the NPP and it's leadership that fought hard to bring itself to apologize for "all die be die" pronouncement by its flag-bearer and it is rather unfortunate that the least of its members from a tribe that has faced the most hateful tribal discrimination at the hands of the most populous tribe in Ghana has to face a horrific death. Let me put it this way folks, Dr. Bawumia does not know a thing about honor, truth and duty because he tows the line of an NPP acts of violence as he stays mum and retains his membership to a party that discards life like clothing; violence by a J. J. Rawlings led NDC party is not a measure of morality in Ghana but knowing right from wrong and a respect for human dignity.

Who in his right mind calls political opponents ENEMY? Now, we all see how some NPP leaders view NDC as a whole. This mindset is the root cause of NPP's troubles. If your culture detects that your opponent in politics is your ENEMY, then by reasoning and deduction you are more likely to be violent. Period. From where I sit the chicken are coming home to roost after trying to make Ghana ungovernable since the last election. ALL-Die-Be-Die Right???
