Kofi Ata, Yes he should be confirmed.
With all you long writing your article is not educative at all but rather misleading.
U either did not read the article or u are too daft to appreciate the issues raised. Kofi tried to meticulously draw a distinction between war and conflict. he provided insight to the fact that even if the ya Naa died in war, ...

I can see the flaws in the speech made by this so called Justice Apau. This is pure incompetence.
How can a palace be attacked for three days and there was not government intervention until the King was killed?Simply the government kill him.
Good write up
Would he call it a war if armed machomen waged violent and deadly confrontations at the palace of his hometown chief? What kind of nonsense is that? Yana was killed by pro NPP dagomba criminals!!!
I think the justice went overboard in answering that question. If the prosecution fails to convince the jury /judge, there is very little one can do.
In Ya - NAA murder, the commander in chief of the ghana armed forces faile ...

the andanis should accept defeat and lets as move on.kofi where were you when the trial was going on.Idiot
Calling someone idiot because he just said his opinion tells a volume of your intelligence. At least, you should be thinking of going back to school to learn to write.
Abudus know they cant withstand Andanis in any war for an hour. If Abudus are men, they should try anything silly now. We the Andanis will not use NDC as cover to perpetuate criminal acts as they did with the support of NAN ...

Some of us well understood what Justice APAU's meant by "WAR"
Your long write up on war is uncalled for. Justice APAU's was not presenting a paper on war. We must stop these insults.
why all this .
I appreciate the intellectual and factual discourse of Kofi Ata, good write-up. Justice Apau's response of "Yaa-Naa died in war" is completely misleading and deficient in legal knowledge. In fact the supreme court nominee can ...

WHERE WERE THE POLICE AND SOLDIERS DURING THE FIGHTING WHICH LASTED FOR THREE GOOD DAYS?
This is one of the most dishonest justices we have in Ghana. They seat on murder cases and sweep all facts under the carpet. In fact, per Yaa- Naa's case, this dishonest man does not deserve this elevation to the supreme court ...

Yes, and they still call him a justice with this limited knowledge of his, in fact this what we go through in Ghana always.
He may not be conversant with the English language hence the misnomer coming from him. Its a bad misnomer which has led to a wrong acquittal but what can one do?
I respect your analysis. You an educator. Very well written with facts.
Every evidence presented in court during the 2012 election petition indicated NPP won the election but the judge said ELECTIONS ARE WON AT THE POLLS, RIDICULOUS! Yes the NPP won the elections at the polls but the incumbent wi ...
