For starters, Kufuor put Ghana on the world map as a COCAINE HUB. From his 8 years of hellish rule, Ghanaians never got it easy with Migration officers in other countries being it Europe or the STATES due to his own NPP MP who got arrested for smuggling cocaine to the United States. This was just a tip of the ice-berg. The cocaine was flowing like water.
Now with the cedi and Kufuor's maladministration, all that he implemented was latent and mere gimmicks. The value of the Cedi to the US dollar was 'illusionary' I hope you have come across that term in economics. And when he did, there was nothing in place to sustain it. The same policy implementation without sustainability was his style throughout and people like you think he has done you good, damn!
NHIS was a pilot scheme awaiting proper implementation but this Kufuor rushed it through without it being sustainable.

The Ashanti region town of Juaso near Tepa has been thrown into a state of shock following a revelation that a 27 year old farmer has been having sex with his mother.
The act which is said to be consensual has allegedly been going on for months.
They have been fined by the traditional council to pacify the gods for the incestuous act.
An eyewitness account told Joy News the ‘affair’ has been going on for six months.
He named the man as Yaw Berko and the woman, Ama Osabimaa, 47.
The traditional council has confirmed the incident and imposed a fine of ¢100.00 as well as a bottle of gin and two sheep on them.
Asikasu (B/A) Feb. 11,GNA – Police at Abesim near Sunyani have arrested and placed in custody a 20-year-old evangelist who allegedly had sex with a pregnant sheep at Asikasu, near Nkrankrom in the Sunyani Municipality.
The high-pitched bleat of the sheep at about 1700 hours on Thursday attracted the attention of a resident farmer who caught the evangelist, Gordon Yeboah, having sexual intercourse with the sheep tied to a tree.
Inspector Kofi Aboagye of the Abesim Police station at confirmed the arrest to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on Friday.
He said the Police had sent the animal to the Veterinary Services Department in Sunyani to ascertain the truth of the matter.
Narrating the strange incident to the GNA, Mr. Hayford Kumah, Assembly Member for Abesim-Nkrankwanta electoral area, said Yeboah was a well known evangelist and leader of a prayer group in the area.
He said the farmer was returning from his farm when he caught the evangelist half naked and in the act with the sheep.
The Assembly Member said Yeboah then pleaded with the farmer not to tell anybody but he (farmer) managed to overpower him.
The farmer then untied the sheep and marched Yeboah to the town square, where the owner of the sheep identified it while some residents took Yeboah and the sheep to the Police station.
When the GNA went to the Police station, the sheep was tied to a tree whilst a large crowd had gathered there to catch a glimpse of the alleged zoophilic evangelist.
A 25-year-old farmer, Kofi Owusu, of Awrapata, a farming community near Techiman, did the unthinkable, when he decided to satisfy his sexual desires by having sex with a goat in the bush.
Kofi Owusu, who was caught red-handed by a hunter, Mr Adams Kusi, also from the same village, is currently on the run after the act which was considered a taboo of the highest level in the largely peasant community.
After his arrest, Owusu was brought before the Odikro, Ali Kokroko, but he managed to flee the village, and as of the time of filing this report, his whereabouts were yet to be known.
The hunter who spoke to The Mirror said he went on a hunting expedition, and while combing the forest, he heard the bleating of a goat in the bush.
He said this unusual bleating of the goat attracted his attention, and when he got to the scene, he saw Owusu, who had removed all his clothes, having sex with the goat.
Mr Kusi said Owusu did not notice him until he tapped him at the back, saying "My friend, what abomination are you committing?"
He told The Mirror that he arrested Owusu together with the goat and took them to the Odikro's palace, but he (Owusu) managed to bolt out of the town.
When contacted, the Assembly member for the area, Nana Sekyere Bomeng confirmed the story and said efforts were being made by the community to arrest the culprit.

Ghana politics may get better or inspire better candidates if the voters demanded politicians run on their own accomplishments in office and not on party or tribal affiliations. The differences between the two are essential because they not only help voters with information that should highlight judgment, wisdom, trust, principles and moral compass but differentiate between aspirants with love for Ghana and those with love of tribe and political party over love for country.
It is not love for country that is at the root of why both NPP and NDC seeks ways to divert government funds into party funds; it confirms love for party over nation. It should also not be lost on both parties that neither is principled and will always be hypocritical in their pronouncements. So while J.J. Rawlings and others in the NDC claim to abhor corruption they exempt and justify their own greed and graft; 31st Womens group headed by Mrs Rawlings was a crafty back door to steal. NPP on the other hand planned and executed laws to enshrine their thievery in lasting national contracts even as Kufour, Nana Akufo-Addo and other classroom educated but ignorant bunch shamelessly claim to be the best government money can buy in Ghana. Is there any crime or misapplication of laws in Ghana by Nkrumah that cannot be brought against the NPP or the NDC? Should the death of Ghanaians at the hands of either the NPP or NDC be minimized because those deaths were outside prison walls? Should the death of the common man in Ghana be any less than the death of J. B. Danquah even if acts of sabotage and terrorism is normalized as acceptable in the NPP?
It would be an act of courage and maturity if president John Mahama could run on his own record based on decisions he has made in office and if Nana Akufo-Addo run on his record in public life. Like all mortals that have ever ruled Ghana, Mr Kufuor as president made some serious errors of judgement, this Aker thing being one of them. I suspect that having failed in his first bid for the presidency, the former president had to rely heavily on people like Nik Amarteifio during his second bid. The man had such stranglehold on the president it was difficult to understand.
That said in terms of his handling of the economy, the social intervention programmes he introduced, etc, he still remains the best president Ghana has ever had, considering the resources and problems he faced from Day 1.
If GNPC had used Aker's Norwegian antecedence alone to award that block, it could have been justified in the sense that most medium size American oil companies did not have the deepwater experience that was needed for the deepwater exploration phase that Ghana had entered at the time.
The NPP's problem is that in Science and Technology they are very deficient, and most of their top hierarchy are either too proud or too stupid to ask for help!
