  What Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe must understand is that he was not the only keen observer alive during those days leading to Nkrumah's ascension to our Premiership, and his years of reign. Secondly, only a cataract-plated and opaquely-sighted observer like him would never find anything constructive or positive about Nkrumah's work. But we should not be surprised. The Professor seems to have assigned himself the lifelong crusade to demolish everything Nkrumah. If all of us, except Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr., who were old enough to observe first-hand what unfolded in those days of Nkrumah and Danquah and Busia were to perish, the pathologically dishonest Professor would claim that the only reason Nkrumah won the Premiership was that he killed Danquah. Or, he might even say Nkrumah never even became a Premier. If a whole Professor would stoop so low as to deny the undeniable truth of our History just to score some political points and restore a perceived varnished image to his ancestral politician, we should not wonder why our Nation has been perching on tenterhooks for so long.
  
  If anyone lost his or her land or property to the creation of the Akosombo Dam and never received the due compensation or resettlement package envisaged under the Project, that person might have to ask the subsequent Administrations that came to power behind Nkrumah.
  
  The Nkrumah Regime strictly adhered to the blueprint of the social and physical demands of the Project, and resettled all those the Water touched from the spread of the Volta Lake, while the Regime was in existence. What records show is that a few others became affected beyond the original boundaries the Engineers had predicted the Lake would reach, as a result of vicissitudes of climate change. And even for those, there were funds to accommodate that the later Administrations might have mismanaged.
  
  The revelations of the recent Judgment Debt inquiries by the one-man Commission of Justice Apau even had case in them that indicated some undeserving character had colluded with some unscrupulous Officials in a post-Nkrumah Administration to collect some funds meant for a town that was affected by the Volta Lake Spread in the Afram Plains.
  
  Would the Prof blame that misappropriation, too, on Nkrumah? It is only someone with steep affliction of neuroticism would exhibit such neurotic amnesia as the Professor seems to exhibit, should that person still measure up to any reasonable level of sanity.
  
  It is not how much bashing of Nkrumah the Professor does that makes his fallacious renditions of our annals of History involving Nkrumah any veritable.
  
  Most Ghanaians would have to feel insulted by the egoistical patronage of the Professor's in his dubious attempt to foist tainted, even poisoned knowledge of our own History on us. He is only blinded by unquenchable rage and sheer envy that his kin, Danquah, never got as much recognition as Nkrumah did, locally and externally. It is such a shame. Unfortunately, it is the same kind of attitude he has brought to the current campaign of Akufo-Addo's for the Presidency. Anyone perceived to be in opposition to Akufo-Addo's bid for the Presidency has to suffer the dumping of pure putrid morass by Professor 'Goebbels' Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr.
  
  But we must stand firm and tall to repulse his dirty, stinky, maligning tactics and intimidation.
  
  Elsewhere on this very forum, and about this same period, he has published an Article in which he had the effrontery to denigrate Prempeh II and President Kufuor in a circuitous fault-finding bigoted exercise that blames Akufo-Addo's current political woes on Ashantis, dating way back in the 60s.
  
  That shows the extent to which this scoundrel could go to destroy eminent Citizens of the Country he thinks are to blame for his Uncle's Political failures. Oh, no! None of Akufo-Addo's failed attempts at becoming the President of Ghana has ever been, even partly, his own making. It has always been Kufuor's fault. And Kufuor's desire to undermine Akufo-Addo is some form of a continuity of Prempeh II's betrayal of Akyems... Such is the convoluted, insane deduction of a megalomaniacal, disgruntled Professor.
