  I wish you have be bold to mention your name as a worried staff. You and your paymastesr are playing media gimmick without addressing the issues the workers are calling for. adb from 2009 has been recording dwindling fortunes under the incompetent and corrupt ridden board. From the rank of 5th in 2009 to 28th in 2014 in the industry. The non performing loans of Ghc600million to non performing businesses and cronyism is collapsing the foundation of adb. Is it not prudent to go for these loans and overdrafts than to opt for IPO to raise Ghc200million for capital injection? Review the non performing loans and you will realize that the top ten constitute 95% of the portfolio. The single obligor has been breached on countless times. The management staff is made of Steve friends and associates without the requisite skills in e-banking: Executive Head Credit, Executive Head Retail, Executive Head Human Resources, Executive Head Finance and Chief Audit Executive have all not added any value since being recruited to adb. Steve vision and mission are misplaced. Steve strategies are not working and must step aside or resign. Steve has failed woefully. Next provide your address so that I can debate you on adb from 2009.

This will never happen in any corporate world. This a clear conflict of interest and the board chairman has no shame to make a statement and defend these corrupt practices. I said this worried staff has been staff car and housing loan to divide the rank of the union. Another corrupt worried staff.

  Steve Kpordzih and the board must be investigated for the dwindling foutunes of adb from 2009. Steve inherited a highly capitalized bank. Steve Kpordzih lack of financial implications for his strategies are the bane of adb today. The call by the workers for forensic audit of the bank is in the right direction. The BOG and KPMG compromised regulatory and audit principles. Note that profitability is not equal to cash availability to run a bank due to the accrual basis of accounting. Non performing loans were restructured and income not realized taken to Income to record high profit. adb has not met the capital adequacy ratio for the 3 year running and resorting to overnight borrowing of Ghc100million since June 2014. adb cash has been looted by Steve and the board. Steve has squandered the proceeds of landed properties sold to himself and board members at ridiculous prices. Investment decisions have all fallen flat. Steve is resorting to media gimmick under the mistaken identity of rebranded adb without any solid basis. The deposits are not there and customers have left or stopped operating with the bank due to Steve approach to relationship banking. Key customers have moved to other banks who meet their banking needs. The retail banking is dead under the clueless Executive Head Retail. Corporate banking is directionless and focusless. Loans and overdrafts to cronies and business associates is the primary cause of non performing loans. The Executive Head Credit is at whims and caprices of Steve. Totally unprofessional Executive Head Credit. How can a bank perform with unprofessional management staff? The least said about the Executive Head Human Resources the better.

Collections was there and personal loans deductions were not going through for good 6 months unnoticed?? The worried staff is total uninformed and has no clue to the corrupt practices of Steve and board.

Steve is corrupt and must be investigated by EOCO, BNI and the Financial Intelligent Unit for money laundering.
